Senior Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 associates to drive sales strategy and market growth
• Manage relationships and partnerships with key vendors and suppliers
• Set objectives for key accounts and accompany sales representatives on customer calls
• Provide leadership for pricing proposals and strategic plans for large customer accounts
• Supervise sales trends, market dynamics, and product performance results
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and profitability
• Develop and submit short and long-term sales plans to reach designated targets
• Participate in leadership meetings to represent associate concerns and company policies

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of sales experience
• 2-5+ years of management experience
• Prior knowledge of MRO business products and/or programs
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to develop budgets
• Proficient in Excel and PDF software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to define customer needs and provide effective solutions
