Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families and on-site speech and occupational therapy partners
• Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to assess treatment efficacy
• Conduct parent training sessions and professional development for staff
• Utilize crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas or eligible to obtain
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or strong desire to mentor future clinicians
• Compassionate professional who values clinical integrity and teamwork
