Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs) in a clinic setting
• Collaborate with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners
• Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy
• Conduct parent training sessions and staff professional development
• Apply crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or eligible to obtain
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or strong desire to mentor future clinicians
• Compassionate professional who values clinical integrity and teamwork
