About the role
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs) in a clinic setting
- Collaborate with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners
- Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy
- Conduct parent training sessions and staff professional development
- Apply crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive therapeutic environment
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or eligible to obtain
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates or strong desire to mentor future clinicians
