Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership by training, supervising, and mentoring dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment by collaborating with families and multidisciplinary partners, including OTs and SLPs
• Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and adjust plans in real-time
• Conduct high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff
• Utilize crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain it
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians
• Strong crisis intervention and safety management skills
