Senior Bioanalytical Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis and method validation testing with minimal supervision
• Execute lot qualification of assay reagents and perform sample aliquoting
• Complete test records in compliance with GDP, GLP, and GCLP requirements
• Perform peer reviews of test records to ensure documentation compliance
• Review analytical data and perform data analysis in consultation with the Principal Investigator
• Maintain laboratory equipment and manage materials/reagent inventory
• Adhere to all laboratory safety policies, including the use of PPE and biosafety best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• Understanding of ligand-binding assays
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment handling BSL-2 materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in biological sample testing or assay development in an industrial setting
• Experience with Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) techniques
• Experience working within GLP and/or GCLP environments
• Experience running immunoassays or assays specifically on the MSD platform
• Experience working in a high-complexity, high-throughput laboratory
