Senior BIM Technician - Structures

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural detail and concept design drawings for various building and construction types.
• Manage Revit and CAD standards, including implementation and enforcement across projects.
• Create and maintain software template files to ensure company-wide standards.
• Automate routines to support productivity and standard adherence.
• Provide quality control to ensure all drawings are complete and meet company standards.
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Formal qualification or certification in Revit.
• High proficiency in technical structural software, specifically Revit Structures, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with designs at an early stage.
