Senior BIM Technician - Structures

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural concept design and detail drawings for various building and construction types.
• Implement and enforce Revit and CAD standards across projects.
• Create and maintain software template files to ensure company-wide consistency.
• Automate routines to support productivity and standard adherence.
• Provide quality control to ensure all drawings meet completeness and company standards.
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Formal qualification in Revit.
• High proficiency in Revit Structures, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), and Navisworks.
• Fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with designs at an early stage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk 3ds MAX.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols within a technical environment.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and achieve individual business objectives.
