Senior BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with BIM standards and provide guidance on tools and workflows
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination, including clash detection and issue resolution
• Conduct regular model audits and QA/QC reviews for accuracy and adherence to standards
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and structured training to team members
• Research and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools
• Oversee BIM software systems, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Establish project filing and data management practices using Autodesk Forma and SharePoint
• Monitor BIM software usage, licensing, and associated costs

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a relevant field
• 10+ years of proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Dynamo
• 5+ years of experience in a BIM management role
• Experience with Autodesk Forma or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of modern building construction methods, materials, and specifications
• Understanding of architectural drafting terminology, methods, and techniques
• Knowledge of surveying and inspecting sites and buildings
• Member of OAA preferred
