Senior Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliations, and review of billing data
• Review and manage large datasets to ensure billing accuracy for customers
• Establish and maintain contracts, billing rules, and transactions
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices
• Assist in the training and development of other Billing Analysts
• Monitor accounts receivable and related transactions
• Oversee the company's revenue intake process
• Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare analytical reports and present findings to management
• Participate in monthly and quarterly audits and data clean-up activities
• Identify and resolve errors within billing operations
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team on customer-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong data analysis capabilities
• English proficiency at a B1+ level (B2 preferred)
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
