Senior Bid Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical scope of bids to deliver accurate and competitive proposals aligned with commercial strategies
• Analyze potential gaps between customer specifications and standard solutions with the support of System Application Architects
• Support Bid Managers and Tender Leaders in defining suitable compliance strategies
• Build system architecture with the assistance of Solution Directors
• Coordinate technical bid strategies with internal stakeholders, including Installation, Testing & Commissioning, and Development Centres
• Perform requirements compliance analysis and clause-by-clause reviews of technical bid documents

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience or strong understanding of technical bid management and compliance analysis
• Knowledge of system architecture and solution development
• Familiarity with coordinating cross-functional teams
• Project management or relevant technical certification
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to complex technical challenges
