Senior Bid Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical scope of tenders to deliver accurate and competitive proposals aligned with standard solutions and commercial strategy
• Analyze potential gaps between customer specifications and standard solutions with the support of system application architects
• Support Bid Managers and Tender Project Managers in defining the most appropriate compliance strategies
• Assist in building system architecture alongside Solution Directors
• Coordinate technical tender strategies with internal stakeholders (installation, testing, commissioning, engineering, and development centers) and external parties
• Perform requirement compliance analyses and clause-by-clause reviews of technical tender documents

Requirements

• Engineering degree or a related field
• Experience or strong understanding of technical bid management and compliance analysis
• Knowledge of system architecture and solution development
• Familiarity with coordinating cross-functional teams
• Project management certification or a relevant technical certification
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to complex technical challenges
