Senior Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of bid strategies for single shaft compressor solutions, focusing on the Asia Pacific FPSO market
• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from qualification to submission
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management to create competitive bid packages
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior Bid Managers
• Implement operational strategies to improve bid management efficiency and quality
• Oversee cost estimations, pricing models, and risk assessments for complex proposals
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations by collaborating with project execution teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• Significant experience in bid, proposal, or sales management within energy, oil & gas, or industrial equipment sectors
• Strong skills in bid and commercial strategy, pricing, and negotiation
• Proven leadership and influencing skills
