Senior Bid Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Bid Managers on RFP deals based on total contract value and strategic priority.
• Define the technical and financial aspects of complex proposals.
• Collaborate with internal departments including purchasing, customer service, sales, and engineering to prepare bids.
• Write comprehensive proposal responses covering program management, planning, manufacturing, roll-out, operations, and SLA commitments.
• Partner with purchasing services to identify and assess strategic partners and subcontractors.
• Develop cost definitions and overall solutions in cooperation with internal and external services.
• Identify key personnel, corporate references, and necessary proposal support resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in RFP support and proposal writing.
• Strong ability to define technical and financial solution components.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination across multiple business departments.
• Ability to perform partner and subcontractor assessments.
• Skills in cost definition and solution development for strategic sales opportunities.
