Senior Bid Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Write and produce draft documents and bid responses in accordance with company standards
• Manage bid timetables to ensure all deadlines are met and submissions are on time
• Review bid documents and pull together previous relevant bids and best practice answers
• Proof and edit colleague's bid response documents for quality and completeness
• Work with other Bid Specialists to ensure consistent quality and improve written response effectiveness
• Maintain and update the central bid library, including filing and meta-tagging
• Support Business Support, Marketing, and Business Generation as required

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience producing draft bid responses from content development to final documentation
• Experience developing answers through Storyboarding
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability and experience in utilizing AI tools
• Experience working with bid portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant subject such as Marketing or English
• APMP Certification
• Experience with InDesign software
