Senior BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI
• Develop and maintain complex data models for generic BI reporting requirements
• Implement row or user-based security models to ensure data protection
• Perform regular data validation checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create ad-hoc reports to meet specific business needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and reports
• Monitor system performance to ensure BI solutions meet required standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, data models, and dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL is required
• Proficiency in Power BI is required
• Experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
