Senior Benefits & Compensation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compensation cycle execution, including data maintenance, market benchmarking, and pay equity
• Lead and manage benefits programs, including open enrollment, broker management, and plan administration
• Manage benefit audits and required filings such as ACA and 5500
• Design and deliver clear, accessible communications and training for compensation and benefits programs
• Partner with Finance, Talent, and HRBPs to support headcount planning and leveling frameworks
• Support talent planning and performance management infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in high-growth tech
• Deep knowledge of US benefits plan design, administration, and compliance (ACA, COBRA, ERISA)
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis
• Proven ability to design engaging employee communications and resources
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data and filings
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation
• Experience managing external vendor relationships

• UX-oriented mindset regarding policy design
• Ability to balance compliance rigor with startup speed
