Senior Benefits and Employee Welfare Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS), including collaboration with the Social Commission
• Coordinate with external benefit providers and service vendors, ensuring high service quality
• Support employees and managers regarding benefits, welfare, and applicable HR procedures
• Ensure all processes comply with internal regulations, labor laws, and tax regulations
• Participate in projects aimed at developing benefit offerings and improving employee experience
• Lead initiatives for the digitalization and automation of HR processes, specifically within ZFŚS
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and People Services teams to streamline and standardize processes
• Analyze the effectiveness of benefit programs and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee benefits, social welfare, or HR administration
• Strong knowledge of the principles and operation of the Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
• Experience working with external vendors and diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage projects independently
• Proficiency in digital tools and HR support systems
• Openness to change and a strong interest in process digitalization and improvement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• English language proficiency at a B1 level
