Senior Benefits Administration Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Triage, research, and respond to complex participant issues regarding eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery
• Review work performed by junior teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate existing processes and develop enhancements to improve service delivery
• Interface with external client contacts to resolve complex benefit questions
• Act as a subject matter expert to support change orders and implementation projects
• Track and understand intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements
• Manage small projects and guide less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• College or university degree
• Proven knowledge and experience in benefits administration
• Experience performing technical-based activities
• Strong ability to manage projects and work in a self-guided manner
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to solve complex problems and make recommendations
