Senior Beauty Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the Beauty market reference for the European market, focusing on strategic global brands
• Monitor and analyze category launches and key dynamics to anticipate client needs and capture opportunities
• Conduct in-depth analyses using internal and external data to drive strategic direction
• Lead and deliver strategic client presentations with both proactive and reactive approaches
• Transform consumer insights into clear, relevant, and value-creating recommendations
• Adapt global assets into impactful supporting materials tailored to specific client challenges

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification
• 10 to 12+ years of experience in marketing or product development
• Proven experience within the Beauty, Fragrance, or FMCG industries
• Strong expertise in brand and portfolio strategy management
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic recommendations based on data and consumer insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in English is essential
