About the Company

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours
• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
• Provide 10% supervision to the team to ensure clinical metrics are met
• Conduct 1 hour of monthly parent training
• Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress
• Participate in monthly leadership development trainings
• Manage clinic crises and monitor clinic/clinician KPIs

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
• External Applicants: Minimum 3 years post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Internal Applicants: Minimum 1 year post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
