About the role
About the Company
MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care.
Responsibilities
- Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours
- Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
- Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
- Provide 10% supervision to the team to ensure clinical metrics are met
- Conduct 1 hour of monthly parent training
- Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress
- Participate in monthly leadership development trainings
- Manage clinic crises and monitor clinic/clinician KPIs
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- External Applicants: Minimum 3 years post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
- Internal Applicants: Minimum 1 year post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
