Senior Barista

Responsibilities

• Connect with guests to create an engaging and welcoming experience from welcome to departure
• Provide an exceptional, timely, and seamless dining experience
• Deliver a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate the guest experience
• Manage transactions, services, and the service counter to ensure operational excellence
• Lead the team in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency

Requirements

• Food & Beverage skills or relevant education
• Ability to work shifts Monday through Sunday between 6:30am and 7:00pm
• Strong commitment to operational efficiency and process improvement
• Excellent customer engagement and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to managing responsibilities and prioritizing tasks
