Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions tailored to fintech needs
• Lead and mentor development teams, guiding project direction and architecture
• Ensure software complies with security standards and financial regulations
• Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience
• Uphold quality assurance through rigorous testing and code reviews
• Solve intricate technical challenges under tight deadlines
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to align software with business objectives
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and system improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Python and Django
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL)
• Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB)
• Experience building complex web APIs
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
