Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions tailored to fintech needs
• Lead and mentor development teams, guiding project direction and architecture
• Ensure software complies with security standards and financial regulations
• Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience
• Uphold quality assurance through rigorous testing and code reviews
• Solve intricate technical challenges and provide operational support
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to align software with business objectives

Requirements

• Experience in Java, C#.NET, or PHP
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL
• Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB
• Experience developing web APIs of reasonable complexity
• Familiarity with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience building and developing software preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spring Boot, Nodejs, ES6, Kafka, and AWS
