Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement features for our web platform
• Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development
• Work with technologies such as Node.js, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes
• Review code and mentor junior colleagues to support them in their development
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge the industry and yourself

Requirements

• Several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies
• Comfort working across the entire tech stack with a focus on backend development
• Ability to work autonomously and take pride in code quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and holistic thinking regarding software architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure and integrations
