Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale backend systems supporting high-throughput LLM interactions, vector search, and multi-agent orchestration
• Stitch together AI infrastructure across model providers, data stores, and internal APIs
• Own the architecture of internal data systems and pipelines
• Build automation and integrations across product, CRM, and financial systems
• Design data pipelines to consolidate product usage, CRM data, and user feedback
• Help shape engineering culture and internal infrastructure decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend engineering
• Proficiency in writing production code in Python or TypeScript
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
• Proven track record of owning technical projects end-to-end, from architecture to production
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week from our Farringdon office in London

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation systems
• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
