Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues
• Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and design

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of overall backend experience
• At least 5+ years of experience with Node.js
• At least 3+ years of experience using TypeScript with Node.js
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming
• Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and MySQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NestJS and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of AWS services including S3, EC2, and Lambda
• Experience with Microservices architecture
