Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build the infrastructure and systems that power AI agents
• Own problems end-to-end from approach to iteration
• Make sound technical decisions and set the bar for code quality and system design
• Work on projects including analytics rewrites, hallucination detection, and browser use agents

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building backend systems
• Experience in environments where reliability and scale are critical
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve loosely-defined problems
• Proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI) or TypeScript (Node.js)
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or Postgres
