- Build Finn, the first AI-powered wealth manager
- Design and own core backend infrastructure, including multi-agent LLM architecture
- Work with massive financial datasets at scale to enable LLM interpretation and action
- Push boundaries of AI in money management, including autonomous financial planning
- Collaborate with frontend, design, and founding teams to craft user experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer developing production-level systems
- Experience with LLM models and AI-driven systems
- Proficiency in Node, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS
- Ability to architect complex distributed systems using Kafka, Redis, or Kubernetes
- Experience solving performance and optimization problems
- Ability to build new systems from scratch and iterate quickly in a startup environment
