Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services for B2C Insurance, IoT, Shopping, and Payment systems
- Develop APIs and design data schemas to fulfill complex business requirements
- Write comprehensive tests and continuously improve code quality and system reliability
- Drive development standards through code reviews and the production of high-quality technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional backend development experience
- Proficiency in Golang
- Strong experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
- Experience with gRPC and RESTful API design
- Proven experience building distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Git version control
- An AI mindset with practical experience leveraging AI tools in development workflows
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
