About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and collaborate with the team on design and delivery
- Build and provide internal and external RESTful APIs for backend products
- Implement modern agile software development and Extreme Programming practices like TDD and Pair Programming
- Maintain ownership of end-to-end development including automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience with Laravel
- Experience developing synchronous APIs
- Experience with message queue systems such as SQS or RabbitMQ
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, MySQL, or Redis
- Strong sense of ownership and motivation to learn
