About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical integration sessions with customer development teams to provide expert advice and hands-on support.
- Develop detailed technical specifications for integrations, including API mappings, event mappings, and data flows.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy custom integrations, connectors, or extensions to meet specific customer requirements.
- Facilitate troubleshooting sessions with customers' engineering teams to ensure successful connectivity.
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for integration components during pre-sales, implementation, and post-launch.
- Build and maintain a library of technical documentation, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Backend Developer, Integration Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer).
- Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.
- Strong working knowledge of relational, non-relational, and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to create clear technical documentation and specifications for other developers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep proficiency in Golang for building scalable, concurrent services and asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Google Pub/Sub).
- Experience using Temporal to architect durable, fault-tolerant workflows.
- Background in financial services, FinTech, or mortgage technology.
- Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and Cloud providers (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
