Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into product improvements
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical excellence
• Collaborate on system design, tech stack decisions, and optimizations for scalability
• Guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members
• Improve processes, tools, and team practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture
• Ability to translate business problems into precise technical requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on balancing cost and benefit
• Strong ownership and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to simplify complex systems and communicate ideas clearly
