Senior Back End Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, testable, and highly maintainable code
• Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• Design, build, test, and deploy highly scalable and resilient system architectures
• Define technical direction for engineering solutions in collaboration with internal teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of back-end software development experience
• Expert proficiency in Python and FastAPI
• Strong experience with TypeScript for backend development
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Proven experience designing and operating microservices architectures
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience with Atlantis for Terraform automation
• Understanding of data science orchestration platforms like Prefect.io
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with API design (RESTful, GraphQL) and security (OAuth2, JWT)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Node.js/NestJS experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
