Senior Back-End Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and own backend features using Python/Django and design new backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging features through A/B tests
• Guide the team in technical decision-making and continuous improvement of best practices

Requirements

• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
• Deep, hands-on expertise in AI tools, especially in agentic AI SDLC
• Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause identification, and mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for small tasks
• Experience with high-volume data pipelines and efficient algorithms
• Ability to work in a tech-agnostic environment
