Senior B2B Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support sales growth in the Indonesian tobacco and nicotine flavours market
• Manage trade show participation and customer events, including local logistics and material preparation
• Conduct market and competitive research to provide insights on customer needs and market trends
• Create and localize marketing materials such as sales presentations, product sheets, and digital content
• Manage social media presence and content for Hertz Flavours Indonesia to build brand awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in trade marketing, ingredients, or FMCG
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the flavours, ingredients, tobacco, or nicotine industries
• Proven track record of supporting sales teams and managing customer relationships
• Digital marketing skills including social media management and content creation
• Experience working in matrix organizations or cross-cultural international teams
