Senior Axiom Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance regulatory reporting solutions using AxiomSL ControllerView (v10+).
• Configure and maintain key Axiom components including Data Dictionaries, Data Models, Aggregations, Portfolio rules, Workflow pipelines, and Report templates.
• Optimize Axiom configurations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage changes in APRA regulatory reports driven by internal client changes or regulatory initiatives.
• Work with APRA taxonomy frameworks and map source system data to regulatory templates.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines and perform data transformations and reconciliations.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production releases, ensuring adherence to regulatory reporting cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AxiomSL development.
• Strong expertise in the Axiom ControllerView platform and associated objects.
• Proven experience working with Regulatory Taxonomy.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (Shell or Python).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Control-M.
• Proficient English communication skills (C2 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with APRA regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to cloud or modern data platforms.
