Senior Autonomy Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the perception stack, including automated builds and testing
• Develop developer tooling, infrastructure, and simulation utilities
• Contribute to the inference pipeline through model integration and runtime tuning
• Develop and improve heuristic perception methods like geometric reasoning and signal processing
• Support data and ML pipelines for model training and evaluation
• Write maintainable production code and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Proficiency with version control (Git)
• Understanding of testing and CI/CD basics

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CMake, or Bazel
• Experience with containerization (Docker)
• Familiarity with real-time robotics or autonomy software
• Knowledge of computer vision, multi-target tracking, or sensor fusion
• Basic familiarity with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with simulation or log-replay tooling
