Senior Automation Tester

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, and data layers
• Build and implement AI-powered agentic approaches to enhance QA processes, including test generation and defect triage
• Leverage Generative AI and LLMs for intelligent test case creation, exploratory testing, and documentation
• Integrate AI-based solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops
• Apply AI for self-healing automation, flaky test detection, and regression optimization
• Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end quality
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote AI-first quality engineering practices
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
• OR 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• 1+ year of experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores
