Senior Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Author and execute automation test cases for large-scale computer systems and cloud applications
• Create and maintain libraries of reusable test data sets to support execution
• Work within sprint teams to perform software testing activities and execute necessary revisions
• Leverage quality engineering tools for test planning, management, and defect tracking
• Review requirements specifications for testability and ensure traceability to testing activities
• Perform various testing types including unit, functional, non-functional, security, and data validations
• Report status, progress, and technical concerns proactively to the QA Lead

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in automation testing technologies
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver (including Xpaths), Specflow, and BDD Frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, or other scripting languages
• Experience with unit, functional, and security testing
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems into smaller, manageable components
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub
• Knowledge of Selenium Grid
• Experience in Performance testing and API testing
• Background in product-based testing and various testing methodologies
