About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage HDD tooling automation across all cleanroom production areas
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tooling and fixture maintenance, including long-term corrective solutions
  • Monitor and drive performance using key manufacturing indices such as Cpk, MTBF, and MTTR
  • Support product and technology transfers between manufacturing sites
  • Deliver technical training to technicians and manufacturing personnel
  • Provide guidance and supervision to the technical team to ensure effective execution
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards to minimize risks and equipment damage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Robotics, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tool/machine design, automation systems, software development, or PLC programming
  • Strong proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
  • Solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, and automation systems
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin concepts for equipment or process modeling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation programming languages such as C/C++ or Python
  • Experience developing Digital Twin applications for predictive maintenance or virtual commissioning
  • Practical experience in data mining, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSSYS, including GD&T and tolerance analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, SQL, Kibana, JMP, or Minitab
