Senior Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient automation solutions using the full UiPath stack, including Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Document Understanding
• Act as a UiPath all-rounder across the entire solution lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and support
• Contribute to migration activities, including UiPath version upgrades, refactoring, and continuous enhancement of existing automations
• Participate in the discovery, estimation, and delivery of advanced automation and Agentic AI use cases
• Support the Delivery team with hands-on development, applying best practices and ensuring high code quality through reusable components
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams on project planning, technical documentation, and client demonstrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
• Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale automation architectures
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Must be located in Barcelona, Spain
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with AI Center, Action Center, and building Agentic AI solutions
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification or UiARD (Solutions Architect) certification
• Broad understanding of the automation landscape, including Process Mining and Test Automation
