Senior Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of UiPath automation workstreams, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive the technical migration and refactoring of legacy Blue Prism processes into optimized UiPath workflows.
• Architect scalable and resilient Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Action Center.
• Discover, estimate, and deliver Agentic AI solutions by effectively implementing the UiPath suite.
• Act as a technical mentor for junior and mid-level engineers and participate in rigorous peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements and with Tech Leads to mitigate technical risks.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and execute automated unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering with deep expertise in UiPath.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing).
• Proven expertise in using AI Center and Action Center to build Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Solid command of software engineering principles, including SQL, API integrations, and Git.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
• Proficiency in building custom automation components using C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or document understanding tools into RPA workflows.
