Senior Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design automation architectures for industrial lines and equipment
• Program PLCs, modules, and human-machine interfaces (HMI)
• Develop control, regulation, and real-time processing algorithms
• Contribute to the commissioning and validation of production lines
• Collaborate with IT, production, and industrial IT (IT/OT) teams
• Integrate automation systems with SCADA or MES tools
• Optimize machine performance and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Write technical documentation, functional diagrams, and programming files

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in automation, industrial engineering, or equivalent
• 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial automation
• Advanced mastery of PLCs, programming, and automation architectures
• Professional English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience with Siemens (TIA Portal/Step7), Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric, or CODESYS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA and MES systems
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and IT/OT interaction
• Expertise in advanced algorithm-driven automation
