Senior Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable automation solutions using PEGA, Automation Anywhere, and Power Platform within the Intelligent Process Automation CoE.
• Lead the implementation of secure robotic process automation solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technical infrastructure.
• Act as a Pega Senior Engineer, implementing projects using defined coding standards to ensure reusable and sustainable applications.
• Set up integration patterns to connect Pega workflows with various enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with IPA Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure technical delivery meets realistic and achievable goals.
• Implement Pega standards, processes, and best practices to deliver smart business solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in implementing IT enterprise projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PEGA.
• Pega Senior System Architect certification is required.
• Experience with SOA and integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Experience with the Pega Cosmos framework to enhance UI/UX.
• Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification on the PEGA Infinity platform.
• Exposure to Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Java programming language.
• Proficiency in correspondence and reporting features in PRPC.
