Senior Auditor (ESG)

Responsibilities

• Perform audits for assigned clients in line with procedures and customer requirements
• Generate timely and accurate audit reports and communications
• Review audit reports prepared by other auditors
• Provide technical support and qualification for new auditor resources
• Support the sales team to drive market growth and identify training needs
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, brands, and strategic partners to develop ESG services
• Schedule and conduct internal and external training courses
• Mentor and develop new auditors
• Investigate and address client and affiliate complaints
• Contribute to ESG service development through marketing and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• At least 10 years in the required industry
• 5 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Social, and sustainability projects
• Completed IRCA Lead Auditor Certificate courses for ISO 9001/14001
• Strong social intelligence, communication, and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Safety, GHG (Greenhouse Gases), or Energy management
