Senior Auditor, APAC

Responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial, financial, and operational audits aligned with the Core Audit Process
• Identify issues and vulnerabilities, assess control gaps, and translate them into meaningful business risks
• Engage with auditees and business stakeholders to build trust, mutual understanding, and respect
• Deliver timely and meaningful audit outputs while managing potential obstacles to delivery
• Lead by example to challenge the status quo and create a values-based work environment
• Participate in peer-to-peer coaching, teaching, and mentoring to develop the team
• Contribute to the evolution of assurance strategies and the audit universe

Requirements

• 12+ years of Big-Four or corporate Internal Audit experience, specializing in commercial, finance, or operational reviews
• Proven experience leading teams within a Global Shared Service environment
• Strong working knowledge of IIA standards and common accounting principles
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related subject
• Professional certification such as CIA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AIA, CIPFA, or AAT
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consumer healthcare or other highly regulated environments
• Ability to operate effectively within a flat organizational structure with direct exposure to senior leadership
