Senior Audio-Visual Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV and video conferencing support for executive meetings and high-visibility events
• Act as an escalation point for complex AV issues and troubleshoot audio, video, and control systems
• Coordinate and support live meetings and large-scale hybrid events end-to-end
• Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms systems
• Perform regular maintenance and system health checks
• Partner with IT and Facilities departments on room technology standards and improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of AV and conferencing support experience
• Proven experience supporting executives and critical business meetings
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in live event environments
• Proficiency with AV control systems such as Logitech, QSC, or Crestron
• Experience supporting enterprise-level conference room environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage stakeholders in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work onsite in New York City, including early mornings or evenings as needed for special events
