Senior Atlassian/Jira Administrator Developer

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple Jira and Confluence cloud instances, including space management, automations, and schema enhancements
• Manage organization settings such as directory management, security settings, API tokens, and IP allow lists
• Design, build, and maintain applications to meet business needs, translating functional requirements into technical code and configurations
• Improve data quality and support global data-led strategies through insight-driven visualizations
• Perform documentation, reporting, and code analysis to identify and remediate errors
• Provide technical support and cultivate relationships across global teams to maximize collaboration

Requirements

• Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages or frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence cloud administration
• Experience with Java, Cloud technologies, and Salesforce
• Experience with AI prompt writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira Align
