Senior Associate/Vice President, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert and spokesperson throughout the fund lifecycle
• Coordinate and complete workflows associated with client service to enhance investor experience
• Support pre-marketing, fundraising, and LP communications
• Contribute to strategy and product development while maintaining marketing materials
• Manage investor requests including RFPs and DDQs to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Assist in drafting fund documents such as the PPM and investor presentations
• Help plan and execute client events, meetings, and conferences
• Partner with internal teams to deliver results for clients and drive process efficiencies

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in private equity or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a similar discipline
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM and performance reporting systems
