Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Originate and onboard potential dealers and vendors for Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs.
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive daily and weekly business outcomes and sales plans.
• Partner with anchor business teams and lender SPOCs to drive business growth and transaction closures.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, from onboarding and limit setup to subsequent disbursal.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other commercial banking debt products such as bill discounting and working capital loans.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth by managing limit utilization and timely renewals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design and refine product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in commercial lending or supply chain finance.
• Proven experience managing direct reporting teams across different geographies.
• Strong knowledge of debt products including working capital, factoring, vendor finance, and term loans.
• Ability to analyze balance sheets and P&L statements with an analytical mindset.
• Qualification of CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• Willingness to travel and a strong drive to meet revenue and business targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across various organizational levels.
